Using Keywords

This enables you to trigger and navigate workflows using simple natural language. This can be done in two ways –

  • Trigger workflow – Setup up to 10 keywords against every workflow. If these keywords appear on their own or within a phrase in your chat application, the associated workflow will be triggered. This is done from the Routes section.

  • Fork Workflows: Setup up to 5 keywords in a menu node that forks into multiple workflow paths. If these keywords appear on their own or within a phrase in the menu node, the associated workflow fork will be triggered. NOTE – This is only available on the Menu with Options and Multiple-Choice Input menu nodes.
