Endpoint Setup Process

The process for the setup of the required Endpoints is as follows:

  1. Client completes all required information in the Client Endpoint Specification document which will be provided during the onboarding process.

  2. The completed document is then returned to Clickatell.

  3. Clickatell will configure and test as per the information provided in the document or revert with further clarification questions if required.

  4. Client will be notified upon successful completion of the Endpoint setup.

  5. Client can then begin utilizing the Endpoints in their workflow development.
